How long does the massage last?

Each appointment lasts up to 60 minutes., encompassing consultation, preparation, massage treatment, post-treatment changing, and aftercare advice.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

To modify your booking, log in to our website using your phone number. If you haven’t registered, please call or WhatsApp us at 0208 156 4788. We’ll assist with amendments in line with our cancellation policy.

How much does a treatment cost?

Standard treatment sessions are priced at £70. Concessionary or regular session rates may be available upon agreement.

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

We understand that delays can occur. If you’re late, we’ll strive to deliver the best possible treatment within the remaining time. Please be aware this may affect the therapy’s effectiveness. Extensions beyond your scheduled slot aren’t feasible unless a subsequent slot is available. At our discretion, we may offer an extension at no additional cost.

Do I have to remove all my clothes for the massage?

Holisticaä is a judgment-free space. We understand clients have varying comfort levels regarding attire. You may undress to your comfort; your privacy and comfort are our priority.

What if I need to use the toilet during the massage?

Should you need to use the restroom during your session, please inform us, and we’ll pause to accommodate you. Our facilities are equipped with amenities, including feminine hygiene products, for your convenience.

I have a nut allergy, will I be safe during the treatment?

Please inform us in advance of any nut allergies to ensure appropriate sanitization. We offer a variety of hypoallergenic creams, waxes, and oils. In certain cases, massage may be contraindicated; we’ll discuss suitable alternatives with you.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

While no specific items are required, we recommend bringing any prescribed emergency medications (e.g., inhaler, Epi-Pen) and informing us accordingly. Additionally, consider bringing light layers to stay warm post-treatment.

What should I wear for my appointment?

We advise wearing loose, easily removable clothing to your appointment. Post-treatment, long-sleeved, well-covered attire helps maintain the massage’s warming effects for optimal benefit.

Do you accept payments through health insurance?

While we don’t process insurance payments directly, we’re happy to provide an invoice for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Payment is required at the time of service; we’ll supply the necessary documentation for your claim.

Can I book a same day appointment?

Same-day appointments aren’t guaranteed. Please check availability via our website or WhatsApp. We’ll respond to your inquiry promptly.

Do you offer car parking?

Parking is available for clients traveling by car or motor vehicle. As the clinic is located on a residential street, a parking permit is required between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Permits can be provided upon request at no additional cost.

Is the clinic wheelchair friendly?

Currently, the clinic is not wheelchair accessible. We sincerely apologise for this and are actively exploring ways to improve accessibility in the near future. Please contact us to discuss alternative options or accommodations we can provide.

Are you accessible by bicycle?

Yes, the clinic is accessible by walking, car, bicycle, and public transport. We offer secure on-site bicycle parking monitored by security cameras for your peace of mind.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend showering before your appointment and arriving a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start. Please have details of your medical history and any medications ready to discuss during the consultation, as this helps us create a personalised treatment plan. Most importantly, maintain an open mind and be willing to try new approaches during the massage and aftercare.

I would really love a cranal (head) massage but am conscious of my alopecia, what should I do?

Holisticaä is a judgment-free space where you can comfortably experience remedial massage. While massage is not a cure for hair loss, it may help strengthen the scalp and hair follicles, potentially slowing further hair loss. Please feel at ease to discuss any concerns with us.
